How I Met Your Mother

Just read that Heidi and Spencer will be guest starring on "How you Met Your Mother" in January.
I love the show but WILL NOT WATCH THIS EPISODE!!! These two are the most vile of
wannabe celebs who whore themselves out to any and all paparazzi for a buck. They are
desperate to hold on to their 15 minutes and I refuse to help them. This was a very poor
choice for a guest star on one of my favorite shows.

I'm with you 1,000%!! I can't stand those people. I'm a huge fan of 'How I Met Your Mother', but WILL NOT watch that one. Why would they do that?

WWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!! - !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????? Are there no out of work actors? Do we really need to see Spencer on any network? Let alone one of my favorite shows! This is what it's come to? Maybe Ted can develop a drinking problem and Dr. Drew and Gary Busy can also guest star. Or why don't they have Ted go live in a house with 20 lovely ladies and weed through them by giving them roses every week!

As I wrote on another post: I just wrote CBS, basically saying: I have not missed ONE SECOND of HIMYM since its inception. I just read that Heidi and Spencer will be on the show. I REFUSE TO WASTE ONE SECOND OF MY LIFE ON THESE TWO SELF-OBSESSED, HORRIBLE "PEOPLE". Did I mention NO TALENT!!! Britney was great, very funny and cute, but NO ONE LIKES these two bottom-feeders and I fear your show will suffer beyond repair. It will be the first one that I will have missed and I'm afraid that the great amount of respect that I have had for all involved with the show has greatly diminished. You shouldn't have done it. HUGE MISTAKE. I am am glad but not at all surprised that we all feel that way. What a waste of good oxygen those two are! I feel sick to my stomach and I know I'm not the only one.

yeah forget Heidi and Spencer, they suck.....who the hell are Heidi and Spencer for those of us who are not up to date on the most recent tabloid stories?

Count me among those who love this show beyond measure, but will FLAT REFUSE to watch the episode that showcases those vile, vile people, Heidi and Spencer. One can only hope that the PTB at HIMYM did not realize how despised those two are, and will change their minds about their guest appearance. Why give any kind of publicity to these two, especially Spencer who is not only a non-celebrity, but a completely mean spirited, abusive, disgusting human being? Have they never seen the Hills? Or read ANY interview with this guy? Aside from his bullying personality, he's flat-out stated before that he has no respect for actors, because they only get famous playing characters, whereas his fame is better and means more because he's famous for being himself. Are you kidding me with that? I'm sure all the HIMYM actors will be professional and gracious, but as far as I'm concerned he'll be a poison to the show and they should protest.

Can't believe a station other than reality station is going to induldge Heidi and Spencer. I love How I Met Your Mother, but the night they are on I will be watching another station. Bad move, I do not see how executives cannot see how much people could care less about Heidi and Spencer. Check the Neilson ratings after their appearance. Bad Move

Are the writers high? Do they want a ratings drop? I checked these people out. They are insensitive and shallow. They're not even actors! I'm actually upset about this. This decision makes the show look stupid and it's not, it's amazing.

no, no, no, no, no, this is not good. they better stick it to them by embarassing them or make fun of them on the show. they do not need to portrait them in a good light.

Not only will I NOT watch the episode, but I think I'll stop watching altogether. The show has gone downhill since the beginning of season 4, but this is too much.

As ryker2020 said it, you could've found very talented out-of-work actors who would've done a finer job. Anyway. Your loss. I'm no longer a part of HIMYM audience.

Gheez! I can't believe those two are going to be on HIMYM. I did not want to believe it, and I did not think the producers would let that happen, but I guess I was mistaken. As I stated in another post, that will be the all time low point for HIMYM and reeks of desperation, bad taste, brain cramps, or a combination of those things. HIMYM can do better than this!!!

I AGREE WITH ALL THE OTHER POST REGARDING THESE TWO LOSERS.
THEY WILL NOT BE GOOD FOR THE SHOW. PLEASE RE-THINK THIS DECISION.

As a long time fan, I am seriously hoping (and praying) that this is really a way to make fun of the evil that is Heidi and Spencer. If not, I will begin to question the writers and direction HIMYM in general.

I'm in agreement, I will not watch this episode. Is the show trying to jump the shark? It has great story lines without needed these wanabe "actors". Please CBS rethink this!
